PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS

All of the ingredients we use are derived from natural sources, mostly plant-based. We select our ingredients very carefully and only use high-quality ingredients that are scientifically proven to be effective and safe to the skin. We believe in "less is more" and never use any synthetic chemicals or artificial fragrances. 

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians and are vegan with the exception of products containing yogurt, honey, beeswax, or goat mik. We will never test on animals or use ingredients that are tested on animals. It is crucial for us to be 100% cruelty-free. We test on our families, friends, and ourselves!

All products are carefully handcrafted in New York.

SUSTAINABILITY

Our products provide zero/low-waste alternatives to products traditionally packaged in plastic bottles. We also ship plastic-free.

We donate 20% of profits to support ocean conversation projects globally and document projects progress through the blog of our 20 Percent for Sea Initiative.

As an eco-centric brand, we package our products with paper, glass, and tin materials, which can be easily recycled, repurposed, or composted.

We also ship plastic-free with fully recyclable and naturally compostable corrugated boxes, paper tape, paper mailers, and paper filler. More than 80% of the materials are also made from recycled post-consumer wastes.

We are an eco-centric company and are striving to be carbon neutral in the near future. We offset carbon footprint from our order shipment by supporting the Kenya Burn Stoves project via Carbon Fund, which provides local communities with energy efficient and environmental friendly cook ware to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve local public health.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Standard ground shipping (est. 4 - 8 business days) is free for domestic orders of $25 or more. For orders below $25, there will be a flat shipping fee of $4.50.

Express shipping (est. 1-3 business days) is available via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. Shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout.

We offer international shipping via USPS (est. 7 - 21 business days). Shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout. Please note that For Sea and Oats is not responsible for any additional custom charges that may occur. We recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

If you wish to cancel or make any urgent changes to an order, please notify us within two hours after placing your order. If the request is received later than within two hours, we will try our best but cannot guarantee the requests will be accommodated, as we cannot make any changes once the order is shipped.

We promise every product you receive is made with care and has never been used before. To that end, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue full refunds due to the personal and small-batch nature of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email info@forseaandoats.com with a detailed description within 7 business days from the order delivery date. We will be happy to assist you. Store credits or a partial refund may be provided on a case by case basis. It is our top priority that you have a positive experience shopping with us.
