Refund policy

We promise every product you receive is made with care and has never been used before. To that end, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue full refunds due to the personal and small-batch nature of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email info@forseaandoats.com with a description within 7 business days from the order delivery date. We will be happy to assist you. Store credits or a partial refund may be provided on a case by case basis. It is our top priority that you have a positive experience shopping with us.

We also offer mini sizes for many products. We encourage you to try it out if you are trying to decide which products suit your needs the best.

If you receive the wrong product or the product arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing info@forseaandoats.com with a photo proof, within 7 business days from receiving the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible and do our best to assist you.

Please double check that your address is correct when placing an order as we are not responsible for orders lost in transit due to wrong, incomplete, or outdated address.

Any product/order issues must be reported to info@forseanadoats.com within 7 business days from its delivery date. If you wish to cancel or make any urgent changes to an order, please notify us within two hours after placing your order. If the request is received later than within two hours, we will try our best but cannot guarantee the requests will be accommodated, as we cannot make any changes once the order is shipped.

For all email requests, please include your order number in the subject line, so that we can assist you as soon as possible!
